Been waiting 2 months for some adaptors for some Mavic wheels!Had no contact for a while, then they rang me and asked if I was the Andrew who had ordered a new bike!!! When I said no and was waiting for some parts I was told the Mavic rep had just been in and theyll be in contact soon!That was weeks ago and nothing!!As an official Mavic dealer the service has been shocking and amateurish!!
As my son is doing a sponsored bike ride at the weekend, I needed a service on his bike at short notice. The bike has been in the shed for over a year, and the brakes were shot. Great staff, really friendly and helpful. Fixed the brakes and serviced the bike same day and price was extremely reasonable. Have bought both our cycle to work bikes from here, would thoroughly recommend!
Nice but not a lot of scooter stuff
Top guys great prices and excellent knowledge can't fault it at all just bought my daughter's first mountain bike for Christmas and the help and advice were perfect. I will be looking for an upgrade of my own bike soon and this is where I will be looking.
Had my bike serviced there. Excellent service. All issues than needed to be explained were done so clearly, options on replacements and prices covered in great detail Left with a bike that rode like a new model and for a very reasonable price. I don;t get my bikes serviced anywhere else now.
