Due to circumstances beyond my control I called to advise the practice I would be running approx 20 mins late for my 10 year old daughters check up. I asked whether other patients could be seen first and the dentist could see us when possible (the last check up took 2 minutes!!) Was told no and to rebook. Ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere.
As a nervous Dentist visitor due to past (bad experiences) I yet again visited this very practice,,,Total peace of mind if your a pain hater,I needed a large back tooth removed and credit to the expertise (Louise) the event was straightforward and very comfortable..even hours later there is no discomfort..Brilliant and thanks again!
