Just your normal M&S but the food hall is quiet small.
Not much selection of produce, store is rather old and run down looking. But, it's good to have this local option....it just needs investment to improve its look and customer experience.
The coffee shop is always busy and although staff wete under pressure today they were brilliant, i have noticed they are always polite and helpful to the older customer's. Well done M&S for your staff customer service training .
There wasn't much to choose from in the ladies clothing section and what there was was very dull and I thought old-fashioned. The service in the cafe was dire although the cream tea was really nice - pity I had to wait so long for it - I'd almost given up the will to live
Even though they were experiencing technology problems the staff were calm courteous and efficient. I was impressed. The clothes are a different story. They look as though they were designed for a bygone era. Such a shame.
