Been in this surgery all my life (40years) and they still seem to be ignorant of my chronic illness and who i am (on a personal level) they did used to know me Reception staff are Hideously emotionless and just don't want to help, especially if you are working full time .It needs to focus on being flexible opposed to the "computer says no". People skills are everything.

You can literally go this GP practice with a broken ankle or.sore throat .and each time they will send you away woth anti depression tablets.. the GP them selves are wonderfull and friendly but undortunately they must be on be some serious bugget cut. Causing pationts to go.un.miss trea5ed and misdiagnosed.
Absolute terrible poor mam 76 yrs old they made her pay 10 deposit for blood pressure Monitor for week she took it back spot on day it was supposed to go back told her girl who had key for safe box was away on hoilday for 2 weeks so she couldn't have money back until she came back so yet again mam went back told her orrr you carnt have money girl doesnt work on friday whos got safe key so went back again monday and finally got money .is that the way to treat 76yr old person pluse she is still waiting 2 weeks for test results need to sort them selfs out
