I got funeral wreath pillow for my dad. I asked for specific colours. There done absolutely amazing. I was over moon with them.and have just ordered my flowers for fathers day. Xx
I recently rang to order a wreath for my mother's funeral. The lady who answered was very pleasant and understanding but there were no photos and prices for typical wreaths on the website so she asked "how much do you want to spend" and then attempted to describe a wreath punctuated twice more by questions about price.At a time like this the last thing on your mind is haggling about price and I think their customer experience would be enhanced by having preset flower arrangements and prices on the website.
Posting this on behalf of my Aunty who ordered a bouquet of flowers for her parents (my grandparents) Golden wedding anniversary. When ordering these flowers we left specific requests for 'Gold' and 'sparkles' as it was a gift for their golden wedding anniversary and asked for the inclusion of yellow roses as these are the flowers she was married with. Unfortunately however, what we received in the morning was none of these things... The bouquet was delivered in a green box with a green bow (not gold at all) with no sparkles and contained only one rose (which was white and not yellow) meeting none of the requirements we asked for.This has severely disappointed us as at the price paid for the bouquet we would at least expect even one of our requests to be met and so regrettably we will most likely not be purchasing flowers here in future.
