Me and my mum were served by Rebecca. We were looking for some birthday presents. She showed us a wonderful selection of jewellery and was really friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Love my new bracelet!
Staff great really helpful every time I go in
Think they need to look into their customer care training instead of being completely rude and standoffish raising their voice saying i can't help you im busy. So when i tell the girl not to speak to me like that she tells me to go away and someone else will deal with me! In a full shop raising her voice so humiliated when other customers are there too wondering what her problem is! I love pandora but I'd rather shop online as in this store you either get staff like this or staff harassing you when you step through the door and you can't see prices they have to get them out to show you.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always greeted with a smile. Only downside is the prices aren't displayed and you have to ask for each item. The store is easy accessible and close to parking at Debenhams. Always a good choice for last minute gifts for my daughter.
