Jack seemed friendly enough the owner is more confident and comfortable with people who use the online application services for letting the luggage hold. It is easier to get you booked in that's all. Even if you might be late like me getting to your luggage and before closing time. Jack is okay if you are slightly over the time limit at 18:00hrs that he suggests another 20 minutes should be enough. Great thank you !
