First and foremost, the removal lads were great, however the management are nothing short of shocking. First they send the minimal staff they can to maximize money, often leaving only 2 lads to do all the moving which when you have a large house to move is a bit of a joke. Second they dont give the lads the right equipment to move large items. and thirdly, when they come to do you a quote they only value everything ar 40 unless they tell you different. so if you have expensive items and they damage it its 40 all burried in the small print. Also the office staff have no customer service and couldnt care about the customer or the lads who do the removals.

I needed a piano moved up 15 concrete steps outside my house. No one would do it as they thought it was too dangerous, so I contacted Harkers and they said yep for 120 we'll get it up, so I accepted. 3 guys came, lifted it up and put it where I wanted, job done.10/10 would use again. 4 Star because I don't know what they are like in home removals.
