Small high walled garden nice selection of plants trees and shrubs. Nice for a quick look if you are walking by but not somewhere to go out of your way to see. Can look a little neglected.
Nice walk not too long four benches for resting
It's local but looking in need of some tlc on the shrubs etc that would make it more elegant, but it was clean and tidy.
Its a lovely lil place to walk yer dogs and also just for a quite walk with friends on a hot day
It's a real shame about this secret garden. It has the potential to be the beautiful place that it once was. Unfortunately it has become run down over grown and unloved. This was my first time visiting the gardens but left knowing I would not return. My imagination had to work overtime to see what once was a well loved and maintained garden. After moving up to the North East 18 months ago I can honestly say that this is the worse maintained park we have visited in that time, however as I said earlier with some hard work this park has the potential to be one of the very best in the area.
