Absoutely disgusting treatment of their birds! Cockatiel in the cage was clearly stressed, laboured breathing and was missing tail feathers of which others were mangled! Had nowhere to hide to feel safe and was very clearly terrified of the staff. Additionally, one of the staff got out a butterfly net and completely rough handled a budgie to the bottom of the cage and held it way too tightly while grabbing it out. Obviously don't understand how to handle the pets they're working with. Never going back in my right mind, left with my blood boiling.
