Can not get to speak to a person.
Item was due between 11am-2pm, It came at 7:29am, the ETA update on tracking service is useless. Not very happy with the fact they came at 7:29, this is far to early to be knocking on folks doors.On another occasion when picking an item up the reception guy said, with a condersending attitude "who gets a monitor sent though the mail", as if I was stuipd or something. I felt like punching him is his smug face. Maybe he was just jealous that I was getting a top end gaming monitor.Wish I could give zero stars.
Lucky use got one star to be honest. I have been in the house all day waiting for my partners parcel. I received my own parcel from the postman but yet 20 mins later I checked my partners tracking number to see where his parcel was and apparently I refused it. How can I refuse it if no one came to my door? And shouldn't you have stuck a card through my door telling us my partners parcel was for to collect from main office?? Think you want to check you staff out like cos something dodgys going on. I will be contacting office first thing in morning and if nothing is solved. I.e if I don't have my parcel by Friday morning I'll be contacting trading standards. Your clearly robbing people blind either that or your staff r rip off pinchers!!!!!
They couldn,t find my parcel.Manager will phone you later -no phone call.Tried to ring next day -press 1 press 3 press 1 press 3 please hold no operator available -stupid music on premium call number for 24 minutes -still no human being to talk to-Totally Useless service.
This place makes absolutely no accommodation for the disabled and elderly. When they revamped a few years ago and moved the customer entrance, they didn't bother moving their one disabled parking bay, so it became utterly useless. I have, on quite a few occasions, had to turn around and go back home without my parcel because I couldn't park near enough to be able to get into the building. Once inside, if I'm lucky enough to get in, there is usually a long queue. There is no choice but to stand and wait, so if there are more than one or two people ahead of me, again I have to leave and try again some other time. A ticket machine and a couple of chairs wouldn't go amiss.
