Staff are very pushy, told me that they could match my current plan, then spent 30mins why I needed newest iPhone (android user)
Been with o2 for ten years friendly and amazing bundles.
Not happy with the shop today , I took my phone in to get repaired ,but the system was to busy couldnt get it into repairs. Plus it would have to go for repairs Monday till Friday and that would leave me without a phone they told me i would not get replacement phone till it got fixed so I have to go on line and get them to send a bag out to return it disgrace.
Tried to return device. After 14 days and wouldn't take it back little twits
