Had a car for rent 3 times and each time was shocked both by the customer service and their policies. If anyone has a chance to rent somewhere else , don't hesitate. Was given a car with one scale down for petrol and I brought the car under the same conditions were charged for that , even though I tried to explain that , I was told I was wrong and there is no way about it . Had rented the car twice with foreign license , didn't have any problems third time I came I was told they are not valid and if I previously rented with them was okay , they said we shouldn't have received the car. Staff looked not bothered what so ever about the customer service , didn't even tried empathize with us or try to discuss . Was running back and forth getting different documents , which before never needed.Overall experience probably the worst I have ever encountered with any company.
