I hired a transit custum 6 seater from vms was very happy van was a year old very clean inside and out no problems i got the van dropped off for me by two lads from the team services from star to finish was more than 5 stars from me defo would hire again thanks vms.

Was helping friends move from Sunderland to London. Rented a van for a few days and was very happy with the experience. Van was really easy to handle and very well kept. Really easy process to hire. I will use again if we ever need to move any large items. I would recommend these as they went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. Thank you everyone. So much better than the big rental companies who don't really care about their customers!
I booked a 7.5t van to move house from the Sunderland branch. At 4.30pm on the day before I was due to move I was sent an e-mail (not even a phone call) stating I could no longer hire the vehicle the following day as it had a tacho fitted and I would need a CPC. Luckily I picked up the e-mail and pointed out that they were incorrect. After a stressful hour they agreed.I arrived 15 mins before I was due to pick up the vehicle to allow for a handover. It was not ready and after 45 mins I was allowed to take it away. I was not given any guidance or instruction but managed despite it being an automatic and I worked out why the electronic tail lift kept stopping after a period of time.When I returned I was charged excess mileage in km instead of miles which resulted in a much higher excess charge.This company are incompetent and I would not recommend them.
