Did a great job on my van, service and MOT. I am well pleased
Really good service from beginning to end apart from only one thing, that I wish I had been offered a clean and valet service. Nissan do this automatically after a service therefore i thought my car would have been cleaned and valetted considering I'd paid for a major service with MOT.

Usually a good service however I may be a bit cynical but my car failed it's mot on headlight alignment which I was a bit surprised as it had no work done or involved in an accident of any kind since the previous year, I was asked if I wanted Halfords to do the work for 15 and it would pass the test. Obviously I agreed but it took the guy no more than 2 minutes which made me wonder why he didn't just make the adjustment as part of good customer service as opposed to me feeling ripped off!
Not necessarily the cheapest place to take your car but not the most expensive either. They are however always very honest and consider the customer's situation so if the work is going to cost more than the car is worth they'll tell you and will always give you all your options.
