I recently visited Wearside Autocentre to have my DPF cleaned using their new carbon clean system. Having found no other reputable garage in the area offering this service I was optimistic it would work. The car has been transformed and is performing brilliantly taking away the flat spots it had. The technician also offered me a quick health check on my car and discovered that my tyres weren't the best and quickly arranged for them to be changed at a very reasonable price. He also checked all my software on the car and found a faulty sensor that was causing warning lights to appear on the dash.Will be returning soon for a service and MOT.I found this garage very transparent and the bill wasn't eye watering.Highly recommended.
This place was recommended by a friend who works for The AA. Having been a few times now I have nothing but good things to say. They do what you tell them to & at a very good price. Nice friendly staff too. This is by no means the closest garage to us but we'll go that bit further for this place.
Great service! My car is still under warranty after buying it for wearside autoparc and they fixed it straightaway with no cost to myself. My car is running better than ever.
Great when coming to buy the car, but once you leave the Garage beware.. don't give you all the information and then they scheduled me an appointment to have a repair on the car but only told me on the day that it would take all day to do the repair even though made the appointment a week in advance. When dealing with them seemed to be rushed off their feet and no time for you. I will never recommend them to anyone.. also after the warranty expired found out I needed a repair that cost 230.00. Trust me if you go you'll be sorry. They must edit their reviews because no way would I give 5 stars to a place that has no customer service skills such as these cowboys!
