Went into the Sunderland store, bought a double bed, service by Wendy faultless, very helpful and genuine, I need a new three piece suite in the next few months I will definitely be going there for it a Genuine shop Karen hedley Alnwick
I visited the store on Saturday and it was brilliant. I'd always looked through the window and thought it too posh but on entering I found the goods were affordable. The staff were outstanding and made you feel so at ease. I wanted the only one left on show I gained a discount! Paid Wow wow and wow l would highly recommend the goods on sale as superior quality and the 2 staff members Wendy who advised and helped me with my needs was so patient with me abd Steve who looked after me on her day off. Naturally I was a bit of a nuisance but they put up with me and made me feel comfortable at all times. Ps delivery same day as my final visit by 2.smashing guysguys.
My Two sofas arrived today we are very pleased with them only took 4weeks from ordering them to delivery,assistant Wendy very helpful 2delivery men were very careful bringing in house
Purchased my 3 & 2 seater from here and the service I got was very warm and welcoming could not do enough to help and was told could take 4-6 weeks they rang me after 3 weeks as it was ready for me it was delivered 2 days later by 2 young chaps who where very polite and careful I would recommend this shop to anyone and will be back
