Having had just a small portfolio of rental properties (6 over 25 years), I don't expect to be feted and wooed - only 1 property is with AJP, due to geographical constraints. But I do feel valued and receive the same property reports, statements and updates as if I were their largest client. Any work that needs to be done on my flat is dealt with in a timely and reasonably priced fashion. Two thumbs up from me.

Approached them before I'd even bought my property about their services and I found them very friendly and efficient, help was always available, they've looked after my property from day 1, sorted everything that needed doing as I live some distance away and found my tenant in 3 days.
