Recently rented a property via Martin & Co and I couldn't fault them. The Sunderland team have been amazing. We moved out of a property and moved into a property under management of Martin & Co, the situation could have easily became rather confusing and difficult however the staff particularly Sarah and Regan were amazing. Very professional and friendly, Sarah went out of her way to accommodate us and ensure we knew what was going on. We were kept up to date on all stages and moved into our new home within a week of our first viewing.
