Very happy with the service, my dog was very poorly and not able to be seen at the vets I usually go to, after ringing various vets in the area with no joy I was absolutely desperate, she was seen as an emergency at this vets and is now a lot better, I can't thank staff enough for the quick response and the care she received and would highly recommend this practice

Cannot fault the treatment of the animals. However they can be poor at customer service. On three occasions i was left sitting waiting for a late running appointment probably due to an emergency which is very understandable and i am talking 30/45 minutes and on all occasions had to query my appointment time. They really could have told me my appointment would run late instead of just letting me sit there getting angry at the lack of communication. I have now left the practise as nobody seemed to care. And the worst thing they called me a complainer. Oh well.
Brilliant vets. They were fantastic with our cat when her tongue was split in a fight. After partial amputation of her tongue and lots of TLC from the fantastic team, she's back to her mischievous self. Can't thank them enough. So caring and we felt she was in good hands.
Cannot speak more highly of the staff at this veterinary surgery. So understanding and really do love their job. Really welcoming to both pet and owner, and really friendly. My dog has recently gone through major surgery and these guys have been wonderful throughout, and very value for money for US TAX PAYERS FOR A CHANGE. A brilliant, brilliant service at a reasonable price. And aftercare...... speachless.. THANK YOU to all the staff at King's road thank you. *****
