Planned visit for pet vaccination.Clean facillities.large waiting room.Advise cats and small pets be kept in pet carrier.Staff.polite.friendly.Appointment times generally kept too.but emergencies may happen which take priority when need to.

Anna and the staff at Westway Sunderland have always taken good care of my pets, but their true dedication showed when my cat became deathly ill and needed an immediate surgical procedure. Anna was amazing with her prompt response. Ripley died before he could make it into surgery, but it wasn't for the lack of trying on the part of Anna and others. I am truly grateful for their efforts.
