I never write reviews but received such great service from North East Accident Repair Ctr that I feel they deserve one. Im a very fastidious guy who loves every aspect of motoring especially my car looking good, so when I was involved in an accident I couldn't imagine my car being the same again. so anyway this company was recommended to me by a friend and right from walking in the door I got the feeling of how proffesional this company was. You could tell immediately from the reception area that you were dealing with a proper A1 company. it was clean everything looked in order. Staff were so friendly and I remember feeling confident as I left my car with them. My car was repaired ahead of time and the workmanship was superb. I couldn't fault any aspect of dealing with this company. Highly recommended by me to other friends. A big thank you to all the staff.

I have used this garage for many years, and it's the only place I would trust.I own many fleet vans and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my vehicles. They are always really friendly and the attention to detail is amazing. There is always a really a quick turnaround and the work is second to none!Would highly recommend!
Absolutely fantastic service, just got my car back today 2 days earlier than expected. Communication and updates throughout the process and the repair they have done is absolutely perfect! Collected my car and delivered a loan car the first day they opened after my accident and they delivered my car back to me at my place of work. A shady place director Pete Sadler, supervisers Mike and David are very disrespectful I started working there didnt respect none of the agreements between me and them after 4 months and being discriminated against by shop supervisors the director offered me to stay home and get paid for 3 months just to get me to hush up and Im not the first one Im going to follow up legaly since they havent done nothing about theyre staff that were very racist against me an immigrant working for the company....
