Diabolical we were sold a 2 seater sofa when we wanted a 3 seater not once did the salesman tell us that the sofas came apart,we were lied to which has cost a thousand pounds extra as we had to buy a 3 seater dreadful customer service when we complained they blamed us saying you picked the sofa,so now we are paying off a 2 seater that is stuck in our garage also the 2 seater sofa has being taken away and repaired twice I would advise anyone not to buy from this company

.. had the 3 piece 2 months and it looks like its 10 year old , complained to dfs and someone came out only to be told ther's a place in hetton that refills the seats " it don't cost much also try not to sit in the same seat , so ya saying its up to you were we sit ,REALLY,,,," so ya pay 2,500 for a suite and then 2 month later you pay for there poor quality,,, don't think so dfs , seeking legal advice, wouldn't buy from them ever again, absolutely shocking company ,once you got your purchase its your problem was the impression i was given , sorry dfs obviously you don't value you customer's, your loss, i will add photos so you can see for yourself,

absolutely diabolical service spoke to the manager regarding poor quality furniture that is supposed to be insured at an extra cost of 390.07 to be told that the ripped corners on 5 of the 6 chairs is just wear and tear. considering they were only 5 months old at the time of the complaint I beg to differ. iv spoke to trading standards and further action pending. I will never buy from them again. if you buy a product that will only last 5 months then there is something sadly wrong with that product. the table top is scratched to bits also. avoid.
