Have recently bought and sold with Pattinsons and would not hesitate to recommend them. Very helpful staff and extremely quick to view, value, photograph and put on market.I was actually surprised at how fast the company worked and how many people expressed interest within a very short time.The property was valued at more than I expected and although one or two people wanted to buy at a 'slightly' lower price I have to say that the asking price was met without any problems.
