Spoke to travel agent Katie. I don't usually say that for people, but she didn't seem to have any idea of what she is doing. I would feel a lot safer to book online over a travel agent who has no idea whatsoever.
Expect them to continually take money from your debit card without authorisation. Useless!
Spoke to travel agent Curtis about finding a suitable holiday for me and my family. He was extremely grumpy all the time and I had the impression he wasn't even experienced. Instead of checking out holidays himself, he just started a live chat with the tour operator and asked them for help. If I wanted to speak to a live chat about my holiday I would have contacted them myself and not going to store to waste my time. Poor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
