Booked to go to Amsterdam on the 2.3.18 due to bad weather I really didn't won't to go so called in to tates to see if I could change the date there was no problem changing the date but the girl who I spoke to wasn't very helpful so I decided to keep the date and go, when we checked in the girl asked if we had a dog because Tates travel had booked us in to a pet friendly cabin we were not happy at all I've got nothing against pets I don't have any pets and didn't want to go in a pet freindly cabin , our weekend turned out to be awful the ship was 4hrs delayed so no one could go into Amsterdam we ended up at a place called Hearlem nice place but we didn't enjoy so total weekend was total washout.
Very good service excellent always see Sue she helps us . but I think all the girls try there best
