Wonderful hotel right on seafront. Don't let the exterior put you off. We were very surprised. The Junior Suite we had was very nice (and we are picky!). The sea view from the panoramic bay window was superb, especially sat watching the snow and wild, thrashing sea. The hotel was quiet with none of the banging doors and noise of larger chain hotels. Didn't hear anything all night so great for relaxing.Nice pool and leisure facilities too.The staff were great. How it should be, helpful, polite and genuine. Big shout out to Helena! Great service!Breakfast very good and a lot of choice. Secure parking to rear.

Accommodation and facilities were excellent, as were the staff. The food was also of a very high standard. We enjoyed a seven course meal with a prosecco and canape reception, complete with piper who also piped in the haggis. A really delightful evening.
Good hotel with good gym and neat swimming pool. Takes dogs so that is important. Would have given 5 star but they did not fix the bathroom sink blocked drain.
