Really handy for the Empire theatre and town centre pubs, which is just what we wanted/needed. Rooms are extremely clean, comfy and extremely reasonably priced. Perfect!!
Absolutely loved staying at this hotel! Over the past year I have worked away and stayed in various hotels but none of them have given me the level of service this place has given me! They have been so welcoming and made sure I have had everything I needed, I have had a few days where I have started work mega early and they have made sure I have had breakfast even if the breakfast area hasnt been open, they have put a smile on my face everyday! I think if you need a hotel in Sunderland then come straight to this one! Big thanks to Zoe, Ryan and the big guy at breakfast! You guys have made my stay amazing!
