Nice place to stay for one night stay over very polite staff at the desk to welcome you and nice polite and pleasant staff to show you to ur room
Thrifty car hire, Houston. Got last medium sized car on the parking lot. Very poor condition. Never offered an exchange. Complained when leaving but just noted the damage. Complained when returning car. Apathetic attitude at desk, although grudgingly got $50 back. Emailed Thrifty with my concerns and never got a reply back. Not the way to treat customers. Not be using them again
We went there this evening for a family birthday celebration and had a great time. Great food, huge choice and served hot. The staff were very helpful and friendly, sorted out a loyalty card for me, and the food arrived in a reasonable time, it being a busy Saturday night. We used to go here often, but not for a couple of years. It won't be so long this time. And the kids enjoyed the soft play area which gave the adults some time to catch up.
Pleasant staff front desk girl friendly and efficient. Asked for more towels and an iron no problem.Will stay here again.
Great service, brilliant room. No disturbances during the night which ensures a good sleep. Only downside is the length of some of the corridors (although it is definitely worth the walk).
