Bought a car for just under 10k that had a cracked Sat Nav and wouldnt work and said it would cost 6k to replace so they said unfortunately due to price they could not go ahead with the repair & my options were either a full refund or a different car so I opted to stay with Evans Halshaw & get a different car through them. some kind of resolution to this would be greatly appreciated as it did cause me a lot of stress from February to May and obviously the car I had to hand back was the car that I had wanted for quite a few year.
