Absolute joke, from the minute I got my car I have had nothing but problems with it. The latest in relation to my engine which is costing me over 1000 to fix. Company probably aware of these issues when the vehicle was sold. When i took it there for a service and to enquire about the problem there wasn't even 2 miles added to the clock and was told they didn't know what was wrong with it. Clearly they hasn't bothered to take it for a drive or to find out. Would strongly recommend people go elsewhere if they expect a working car and decent service
Got a simple car from the Oxman family. Called me back once I had asked about finance options, Nigel even offered to deliver the car to me ................ Im near to London when they are based in Sunderland so thats pretty stellar. They cant do enough for you. Full MOT before I got there replaced the brakes and wheel bearings, sorted out all my paperwork for me, let me look around the car In detail, test driven, all questiones answered honestly. Angela was lovely and made sure everyone knew what was going on. Its the first time Ive been to a dealership where it feels like your talking to genuine people who understand what you need. Theres a reason these guys have been trading for so long. My fiesta st is exactly what I was looking for , clean as a whistle great drive and great advice. Cannot thank you enough guys and to anyone looking at the bad reviews if youre looking for bad news you will find it .. simple! You cannot please everyone thats impossible but if your looking for genuine honest people who will give you a great deal on a used car with 12 months mot, decent warranty , with personal service YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS TEAM!! Went along to see a car that has been advertised since the beginning of the year. The repairs are still to be done & price has somehow increased from listed. Making an assumption about someone because of how they are dressed ( as I was fresh from the gym and look young for my age) is a poor approach to sales, for future reference I'm qualified in numerous trades including light and heavy goods mechanics. Seriously doubt I'll be back, recommend you work on your sales approach.

Bought a lovely little micra with low miles and everything was sorted for me at the garage even down to the tax rebate from my old car. Just received the cheque for that from the dvla. The dad and son were really nice. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience .
