We have recently bought a Golf from these guys. I dealt with a guy called Paul Souter an absolutely sound guy helped and guided me through everything wasnt pushy knew what i wanted and got us a great deal couldnt recommend more highly thanks Guys.
Excellent service. I had an engine warning light on my Tiguan. Appointment made for following day so no waiting weeks. There was a few people being dealt with at the reception when I arrived but one of the non reception staff spotted I was waiting and came out to deal with me. Got a phone call promptly telling me they had replaced a glow plug under warranty. Offered to pick me up from home address to collect car that day. Car was ready and washed when I arrived. No fuss, no arguing over warranty even though I had bought the car used from car supermarket. Very impressed. I have had many mediocre and downright poor service from garages in the past so was pleasantly surprised to be dealt with promptly, professionally and courteously. Would definitely visit again.
Ill start with how astoshingingly rude and ignorant the short, well nourished apparent sales manager is with the dark playmobil hair and funny walk is. Spoke to me like I was a caveman! Me and the wife were very keen on purchasing the new Tiguan but you can shove that sale where the sun dont shine. Id happily travel else where then give even a penny to that life sucking business. And as for the service manager who my son in law dealt with, Mickey Mouse could run the place better than them idiots you call managers! States he was extremely rude and needs to go on a course for customer service! He said he will be going to the Durham branch from now on. Take my advice and go else where.
have been reading all reviews sounds like very good place to bring my car i need to get my abs light off and traction controle light off have you a estimate for this please
Michael the salesman was very helpful and has a sound knowledge of the car he was selling us. Up to now we would consider purchasing form Pulman again but we have not picked the car up yet so I can not comment on the after sales
