Polite and courteous staff in the dealership part but unfortunately being left high and dry with a clearly pre-existing mechanical issue, while being barely a month out of manufacturer's warranty. Now unable to carry out hybrid check during servicing and have ruined warranty on the battery part of the hybrid, their only solution is to pay full price to fix an issue that the car was sold with. Conveniently issue only arose and pointed to me once out of warranty.
