Excellent service. Feels like they will try and do everything they can to keep you happy and in my time with them they have definitely gone above and beyond. Where many garages will not care once you have bought the car, these will continue with their high standards.
Very poor service overall from Mill. Ordered the car in February and the original sales contact went AWOL and I couldn't get hold of him again. Eventually spoke to someone else, who although helpful at first, also went AWOL. Eventually spoke to someone else, who to be fair was very helpful and told me about the delivery process etc. Fast forward to June and the car is delivered, by a really helpful delivery driver who explained the car controls to me etc. Unfortunately the inside passenger door material was ripped and the door mirror was mis-aligned. Cue another 8 weeks trying to get someone from Mill to sort it. And guess what, despite me constantly chasing, still no contact. I hope my experience is a one off, but I won't be using this group again.
