Very satisfied by the service we received, especially a lovely young salesman by the name of Jordon McGill. He was courteous and helpful without being pushy. We got everything we wanted from this experience especially our lovely car which we are delighted with. Jordan offered us a range of services , some we accepted others we didn't but at no time were we made to feel obliged to buy everything offered. We would recommend this Honda garage to anyone.
Neutral review - staff were nice enough, however this Vertu Honda does not sell scooters or motorbikes, even though they are listed as doing so on Google. They gave us the address of a different Honda in Newcastle - only for us to learn that that Honda didn't sell bikes either.

I have used the site for many years to purchase cars and for servicing and have never been disappointed. The current show room and customer facilities are superb and the service staff are extremely friendly and professional.
Staff seemed full of their own self importance. Asked me to take a seat for a few moments while they did a handover (40 minutes before the showroom closed?!) and when I was about to walk out some 25 minutes later were surprised (they had forgotten about me!) Salesman wasn't interested in showing me the vehicle I was interested in as it was raining, and told me to come back another time. Needless to say I didn't bother.
