Wonderful reception upon arrival, the team were very friendly and not pushy, purchased an MX5 and got a great deal with first class customer service. Highly recommend.
From the first visit to the showroom to the handover of the new car, the whole buying experience was first class. Chris Hargreaves provided excellent service, with detailed explanation about the car and finance options available. No hard selling or constant hassling, instead remained patient and very accommodating, until I was happy to proceed with the purchase. Friendly staff who allowed me to browse without being chased, but there with good advice when I requested assistance. Only been open 7 months, but looks to be more helpful for service/repairs than my local Mazda dealership in Newcastle- eager for customer satisfaction. Will travel extra distance here due to their willingness to help with my faulty vehicle. Situated directly next to Stadium of Light (literally in car park).
