Needed a radio code after replacing the battery. Was asked to bring the car, two forms of ID and the V5 and pay the charge of 30. I declined, and paid 1 to recovery-solutions on eBay which worked perfectly. I understand the need for identification but to charge 30 is outrageous for someone to simply input a serial number into some software.
I love this place its has a amazing car's top mark's for Ford cars it has a great range of cars on offer.
Found the customer service excellent. Professional and friendly. Stewart Hughes was so helpful and genuine. Really went the extra mile for us. Cannot recommend highly enough! Plus car was beautiful and in perfect condition.The driver that delivered the car Sean was really friendly, and on time too.
Be very careful with these people. Having to take them to Trading Standards as they will sell you an older spec new car as the latest model. Thank goodness I kept the brochure with salesman card attached and all the paperwork.
